Do Speedfuels charge extra for payments made by credit card?

No - we do not add a surcharge for payments made by credit card for orders made through the web site. The price you are quoted when you type in your postcode is the full price you pay; we have no hidden charges, guaranteed.

Are my details safe?

All payment transactions on this web site are processed using SagePay, which utilises high-level Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. This highly secure online payment gateway encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. SagePay comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). Speed Fuels Ltd does not have access to your credit card details, as all payments are made via SagePay after you place your order. Speed Fuels does not share any information on any customer to any third party, so you can therefore rest assured that we take the security of your payment and personal details very seriously.

What is SpeedHeat Premium heating oil?

I don’t know how much to order.

The most common amounts to order would be 500 litres or 900 litres, we would recommend ordering one of these amounts depending on your budget. We do make smaller and larger deliveries but after we make your delivery we will take note of your tank size and will be able to advise you on your next order more accurately.

Do you deliver through house?

Yes, we provide this service free of charge. We will ensure we take great care when going through your premises.

I would like my boiler serviced/fixed.

I want my oil tank replaced/moved.
